If you’re having trouble locating a Truemed order in your Shopify dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Start With the Shopify Order ID

Log in to app.truemed.com and download your order CSV. This file includes all Truemed transactions along with their associated Shopify Order IDs.

2. Search Shopify by Order ID

Use the Shopify Order ID from the CSV to search within your Shopify admin under Orders.

Tip: The Shopify Order ID listed in the CSV may differ slightly in formatting—try searching just the numeric portion if you don’t get a match.

3. Still Can’t Find It?
